Sectional buildings are manufactured in a modular form, so that they can be quickly and easily erected on a pre-prepared concrete base. They are constructed from prefabricated panels which consist of 4" or larger steel channel frames, painted in grey primer and clad in galvanised corrugated steel sheets to BS 3083: 1988. The panels are erected on site and bolted together using zinc plated high tensile steel set screws, nuts and washers. Additional rigidity is provided by eaves and ridge braces at 6' intervals. Production and delivery of these buildings normally takes 3-4 weeks, but in some cases we are able to improve significantly on these delivery times. The smaller buildings may be delivered and erected on the same day. Their modular construction means that these buildings can be easily erected and dismantled. They can also be extended or adapted by using additional panels.

For situations where a permanent building is required, a portal frame building provides the ideal solution. The fully galvanised steel portal frame has a pinned base and low foundation loadings, and we supply full structural calculations for Building Regulations approval. The building can be clad in box profile sheet steel with either Plastisol or colour coated finish, or composite panels, in a variety of colours. Fire rated walls can also be incorporated. A wide range of goods doors are available, including roller shutter, sectional overhead, hinged, sliding and folding doors. There is also a choice of personnel, fire exit and combination doors, as well as windows if required.
